Even though this was out of the price range and never highlighted  on the blog, I have been tracking this home which is the highest priced home in Atlanta listed at $13.5 Million.  Many of you know Dean Gardens as the large 58 Acre home in Johns Creek/   Well just to show you that even the Wealthy are having a hard time,  the home sold at the end of July for $7,600,000 almost 56% of the list price. 



LESSON:   There are still great bargins out there.
